David A. Eddy

A native Floridian, David A. Eddy has garnered a reputation as a tireless litigator with a diverse background in civil, criminal, entertainment and sports law.  David began his career as a solo practitioner with a primary focus of defending the constitutional rights of his clients.   While in private practice, David has represented hundreds of clients at all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and alternative dispute resolutions.  David also represents numerous professional athletes where he has handled a variety of contractual negotiations and overall support of their business affairs. David is duly licensed by the Major League Baseball Player’s Association as a certified agent and by the National Football League Player’s Association (NFLPA) as a certified contract advisor

Also very active in the community, David serves on the Board of Trustees of the iTrace Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the funding of traditional and clinical research on health care issues that affect the health care system, the health care worker, and the health care recipient. David also acts as a mentor to current law school students.

David is a graduate of The Florida State University where he was a member of the 1999 national championship football team. David earned his law degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University where he was on the Dean’s List.
