Dylan Fulop

 

Dylan Fulop is an associate of Cobb Eddy, PLLC who focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation (state and federal court), insurance and viatical settlements, regulatory/administrative matters, employment law and corporate law. He joined Cobb Eddy after gaining significant legal experience working as a law clerk for the firm.

Mr. Fulop graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University College of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Fulop was a research and teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing course at the University, where he taught first year students the foundations of legal writing.  In addition to teaching the principles of legal writing, Mr. Fulop also served as the Assistant Lead Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review and published his article Petrella v. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer:  A ‘Stairway’ to Countless Copyright Claims in the 39th edition of the Nova Law Review.  During law school, Mr. Fulop was also awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and earned book awards in Legal Writing, Torts, Constitutional Law and an Interview, Counseling, and Negotiation workshop.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fulop graduated from Florida State University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences.  While attending Florida State, Mr. Fulop was a member of the University’s Pre-law Society.
